November Phone Photos

November.. the calm before the holiday storm!

We wrapped up a fun soccer season!

Cute tiny team!

This cute girl got to fill out the "All about me" poster and also earned the "quiet bug" at school!

Madison continued her love for dental hygiene.

And these two continued to become even sweeter somehow!

My little pilgrim at her "corn cake feast" at school!

Of course there were lots of leaves to clean up in November, so a few piles were made for these cuties!

Silly faces on the stairs!

We went to the Mooresville Christmas parade and had some candy and snuggles!

While helping Gigi decorate her tree we found a box of Mommy's old dresses that fit AK just right! The one of the left is made by Nanny and the one on the right by Great Grandma Marshall!

Our neighbors gave us some yard decor, and AK enjoyed taking a ride in Santa's sleigh.

This car has been used a lot more now that Madison will stay inside of it and asks AK to take her for rides!

Oh so happily (ha) posing in the cutest overalls!

Adios, November!

Off to the Zoo!

In an effort to make good use of our Zoo pass, we met up with Gigi to go see all of the animals again. This time, we even managed to see the elephants up close though we still haven't seen the polar bears. Mommy and Gigi got a good workout in as we walked the entire length of the zoo and back to the car (there are over five miles of trails...)! We also now have a guest pass, so if you want to go, let's go!

Getting face to face with a mountain lion. And working on her map skills.

Playing around at the polar bear exhibit.

Playing around together at one of the playgrounds at the zoo.

"Mom, take my pictures with these bears!"

All in stripes, watching the buffalo!

A favorite, the bee exhibit. Though the bees were inside for winter, the girls still had fun playing!

Checking out gorillas and chimpanzees!

Monkey see, monkey do!

These girls love their Gigi!

Look how close we were to the elephant! AK loves telling about how he threw mud on himself!

Right before starting our walk back to the car we found these huge egg shells to play in. Madison couldn't get out of them and thought it was hilarious!

Until next time, zoo!
