Painting Party!

So despite our rough week, I wanted Anna Kate to get to enjoy something. Turns out, it wasn't the best day to try out our painting skills. But, I ended up with some keep-able projects and these cute pictures. She can hate me when she's older.

It started out okay...

I should have known. Paint in the mouth. Paper in the mouth.

I got smart and taped the paper to the table. She wasn't excited.

"Seriously Mom? This is supposed to be fun?"
