Birthday Party- Part 1 (The Details)

On Saturday, we had a perfect little birthday party for Miss Anna Kate. After much thought and debate, we ended up having it at our house, based on the fact that it would be mostly adults and that March is a very temperamental weather month. We somehow ended up getting lucky and having the perfect weather, 65 degrees and sunny after a huge ice storm the day before. Otherwise, our poor little house may have been a little too cozy, even with trying to keep our guest list small!

A huge thank you to our family and friends who came, helped, and loved on our sweet baby girl. We could not have made it through the year without ALL of you, near and far. Anna Kate had the time of her life, and I'm pretty sure the entire next day she was waiting to go through a door and discover people in her house!

This won't be the most interesting post in terms of pictures, but this blog is also for our little family to look back on, and I want to remember all of the details. I spent lots of time creating things by hand to make Anna Kate's special day come together, and her family helped with the food so that everything could be perfect!
