Christmas 2014: Part 3

The day after Christmas, we loaded up again and headed to Greensboro to celebrate Christmas with the immediate Marshall clan. Anna was pretty excited to go to Gigi's house and see Avery, and the girls certainly got to work playing as soon as we arrived. They were nothing short of spoiled, yet again, but they didn't seem to mind.

First things first, a picnic!

I bet you can guess who set the table... considering it isn't destructed Anna-style.

Since we didn't know how nap times would go, we opened presents before lunch. When Gigi asked the girls, "Do you want to open presents?" Avery responded, "Yep!" and Anna said, "Presents!". It's safe to say they understand the concept...

The littles each got a pillow to sit on to open their presents. Anna immediately laid back and got comfy.

She's not ready for presents at all... Ha!

The beginning of the chaos. Anna insisted I sit with her and help after she tried to open Avery's gifts and had to be pulled away.

When things started getting crazy...

After Anna opened her baby doll stroller, she had to take it for a test spin...

She loved her art supplies from Bobert and Laura so much she had to try them out.. immediately. The art supplies now stay in a closed room.. for the sake of my walls. And floors. And anything else that could be "art-ed" by a toddler.

We peeled them away from presents for some lunch. They had a serious case of the sillies.

Bestest cousins. Poor Spaghetti (Avery's future little brother) doesn't know what he's getting into!
